Goals of the Rare Thrombotic Disease Consortium are to:

Provide patients and their physicians with the most up to date information possible about rare thrombotic diseases.
Link patients with doctors who specialize in rare thrombotic diseases.
Help patients learn about and get involved with clinical studies and trials that may help in the treatment of their illness.
Investigate and develop new treatments for rare thrombotic diseases.
Provide opportunities for patients across the U.S. to participate in clinical trials involving rare thrombotic diseases.
Better understand, diagnose and treat rare thrombotic diseases
Provide better training for doctors and medical students concerning rare thrombotic diseases.
